Everything you touch, taste,smell, see, and hear is created by God. When you have a quiet time just think about how everything works in your body to get you around everyday. How the earth spins perfectly on its axis, how it is the exact distance from the sun to support life. Theses are just a few thing but there are millions of things that work in perfect order every day to make the world work.The unbeliever thinks their was a big bang and we came from a pile of slime!

The Church and the World

This is a simple quote that we all need to look at. We, as followers of Christ, need to be different from the world. We are to be examples to others of the way Christ wants us to live. How can we do this if we act like the world ourselves. We are to be in the world to share the gospel but the world should not influence the gospel. Being a Christian is not easy but knowing we have the love of Christ makes it worth anything we may go through.

Do Not Love the World15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. Worship and Growth

Many people in this world claim the title, "Christian". They never go to church, never read their Bible, never pray, they show no fruits of growth, they just want to go to heaven. When we come to know Christ truly, we will hunger to do these things. We will want to worship Him from saving us from a life of sin and unrighteousness. When this happens you will see growth in a person. You will see lives changed.

FAITH

Your faith ought to get you in trouble at times. If everybody thinks you are nuts, you may be. It's OK if some think you are. You're probably in trouble if no one thinks you are. Has anyone called you a bible thumper, Jesus freak, or something of that nature lately? When we stand up for Christ we will be made fun of or called all sorts of names for believing in Christ. If this has not happened to you yet, you are probably staying in a group of believers instead of stepping out into the world of unbelievers. Step out of your comfort zone and find a nonbeliever. If they come to know Christ, laugh in your face, or say nothing at all , praise God. It is scary to start the conversation but it is a blessing to finish it.

2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
